The Alte Madonie is a territory to discover: a part of Sicily still little known, where tourism moves in small steps.

Travelling along panoramic roads in the mountains we find villages full of history and tradition, small companies that pass on a rich and varied food and wine tradition and a shy and genuine welcome.

Tenuta San Giaime wants to be an ambassador of these areas and their sustainable development.

We are part of Movimento Turismo del Vino (MTV) for which we organize events such as Cantine Aperte (in spring and autumn) and Calici di Stelle in August, as well as offering tasting itineraries, even personalized ones, for groups and individuals.

1 – Tasting “Discovering the Winery”

A journey trough the vineyards that tell the story of the territory. Ideal for discovering the soul of the winery.

  • A platter of typical local products

  • PRICE: € 25,00 for person (Free for children up to 12 years old)

  • DURATION: two hours

  • TASTING TIME: 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM

2 – Tasting “Premium Excellence”

Deepen your knowledge of the Winery through a selection of our premium labels.

  • Selection of 3 glasses

  • A platter of local gastronomic excellence

  • PRICE: € 35,00 for person (Free for children up to 12 years old)

  • DURATION: two hours

  • TASTING TIME: 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM

3 – Light Lunch in the Winery

For a complete experience, we offer a path trough the vineyards wich ends at lunch.

  • Seasonal Menu: A variety of appetizers, a first course, dessert

  • Each course enhance the four selected wines paired with the meal

  • PRICE: € 55,00 for person

  • DURATION: tre hours

  • Children’s Menu: Pasta with fresh tomato sauce, breaded cutlet with roasted potatoes, water or fruit juice, € 20

  • LIGHT LUNCH VISIT START TIME: 11:00 AM

  • Included in all our proposals:
    A walk through the rows of vines to discover our organic and natural approach, a tour of the winemaking facilities and a visit to the Winery which concludes with the tasting.
